There are two sides to everything. The same stands true for our spice rubs as well. Think light for your chickens, seafoods, and your some porks and dark for your beef and, well, other pork. Or you can mix and match to your liking.
We don’t discriminate, we encourage you to use them with and/or without the sauce, light as a seasoning or heavy as you would a rub. They really go great with anything to accompany your particular tastes whether it be meat or other choices such as vegetables.
